Our Core Objectives

We encourage landlords and care home providers to form new partnerships in reaching service 'separation' between care giver and housing provider.

We will Identify specific properties that suit/match the complexity of individuals that may  exhibit challenging behaviour, loud noise, lack of road awareness, SIB or  risk to children, requiring specialized accommodation for example; location, size and physical adaptations.

SCHT welcomes partnerships with Housing Associations and Trusts who wish to transfer their social care responsibilities.
